Frank Cobia holds a BS from Georgia Institute of Technology. As f2's Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Frank brings over a decade of diverse experience in both n-tier architectures and web based e-business design, implementation, and management. He began his career at NationsBanc Capital Markets where he developed custom frameworks for building trading systems. Frank has designed and built systems for such clients as MCI, BellSouth, the City of Baltimore, National Reconnaissance Office, and Invesco.

Before founding f2, Frank developed several trading applications including an Exotics Trading System for UBS Warburg. The system is currently being used to trade billions of dollars worth of securities. Currently, Frank is leading the development of f2’s Delegate Software and is also working on a wireless application for one of f2’s clients.
